Well, now that that is done, it’s time to get back to some normalcy. Unless you’re apart of the 1% going on to Regionals, your season is over. This year was very different for me. I am no longer responsible for my own personal experience but the experience of many others.
This year I was able to witness PR’s, goats over come, tears, cheers and a lot of fun!
People getting their first double unders. People getting their first toes to bar. We had clients take 30-40 min to finish 14.5, but they had the damn balls to try it RX and stuck it out no matter how long it took. I watched people cheer on one another when other’s were struggling. I even saw an athlete Do the workout alongside another competitor AFTER completing it herself.
Whether you scored only 10 on 14.2 or you didn’t get you’re first Muscle Up on 14.4, I’m very proud of each and everyone who participated, registered or not.
Keep your standards high…and your squats low.
