Coming to you from Chi Town, its Time for the CrossFit Regionals! We will find out who’s going to Carson.
Representing the metro will be CrossFit Complete led by former teammate of mine Zac Zuspan, Koda CrossFit led by Brice Collier and the colorful Jared Muse, and CrossFit OKC minus 4th place finalist from the last two years “Prego” Ginny King this year. This is the most Oklahoma City has had represented since the regionals format over the last 4 years. It’s very exciting and Im very proud of everyones efforts and I’ll be watching online and cheering everyone on from my kitchen table.
This time of the year is so exciting for everyone. Koda made top 6th last year I believe and With OKC gathering all their heavy hitters this year on team instead of going individual, they have a great chance of punching their ticket to the west coast in July. Tucker Hood from CrossFit Doom Room will also be participating as individual Alongside fellow rookie Casey Mcalister from Koda Norman. Kevin Schuetz will be seeing his second year of action of returning as an individual and as new affiliate owner of Koda Norman.
