All the time I get the comment “I wanna compete one day” Well…..this is what its like. This was a scaled division so if you’re not capable of doing these movements and loads at a minimal level then you need to keep putting in the work.

…all in a 40 hour time period…….
Now maybe you’re able to do SOME of these…but to be competitive, you need to be well rounded in ALL of these. The less gaps you have in your training the better.
